Eskimo Pizza Letterkenny

Extremely clean and tidy place. Friendly atmosphere and food was very tasty. I got 5 pizzas and 2 chicken shawarma. Kids were delighted. The best ever. Good price/quality. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional. I placed an order through their website, only for it to be cancelled—whether by their system or a technical glitch, I don’t care. Since the order showed as cancelled, I reasonably went elsewhere to dine. Then, out of nowhere, I receive a call saying my order is “ready.” I explained that the order clearly showed as cancelled on my end. Instead of acting like normal human beings, they became hostile and aggressive, insisting they “don’t cancel orders” and demanding I come collect the food.

When I told them I would not be doing that, the staff became verbally abusive, swearing at me and trying to guilt and intimidate me by saying they had already made the food. That is not my problem, especially when your system shows the order as cancelled. I hung up, only to be harassed with four more calls before I finally had to block the number.

This is beyond poor customer service—this is bullying, harassment, and outright unacceptable behavior. No accountability, no professionalism, just aggression and abuse. I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from this place unless you enjoy being yelled at and harassed over their own mistakes. Absolutely vile experience.

Very nice and fresh takeaway halal pizza. Delighted to find that on my visit of Letterkenny. The staff is very friendly and helping.
